I noticed dirt on one of the chairs at the table and the couch cushion looked stained. I also had problems with noise from the floors above. This interrupted my quiet time. Check-in was a bit confusing too. Initially, I was told my rooms needed payment, but my receipt showed they were prepaid. The staff didn’t apologize for the mix-up. Parking fees added an unexpected cost, which I wasn’t prepared for. I’d stay again but hope for better cleanliness and clearer communication next time.

My stay was enhanced by the fantastic service from the staff, especially how they treated me like family, which made exploring the nearby attractions even more enjoyable, including the Andy Warhol Museum just under 2 km away and the beautiful PNC Park within easy walking distance, perfect for a city stroll.
